We are increasingly used to exchange messages apps like WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger, when happen to have to send an email from our cellphone, sometime you don’t know how to start. How to read email on Tablet and Phone, conveniently at any time? Simple enough to take these easy steps and your email will always be available wherever you go.
HOW TO READ EMAIL ON TABLET AND PHONE ANDROID IN 5 STEPS
1. Open email application
All our phones have an app to read email.
2. Enter your email address
3. Choose account type to use
4. Set incoming mail server
- Username: usually your email
- Password: the password you use to access your inbox
- Server: here POP3 server address, usually in the form pop3.domainname.ext
- Security type : Indicates the type of protocol used by your server
- Delete email from server: Choose whether your email is permanently deleted when you delete them from the application, or if always remains a copy on the server.
Once the parameters are set, go to Next.
At this point the app will check if all parameters are correct trying to connect to your mail server
5. Set outgoing mail server
If all goes well, it will go to the configuration of the outgoing mail server.
Again, same as before, you need to set parameters provided in your email provider for outbount server
- Server SMTP: Enter the address of your outgoing mail server, in the form smtp.domainname.ext
- Security type: Indicates the type of security to use, set according to your server settings
- Port: port to use for sending email
If your server requires that outgoing mail is authenticated, you must enable option Login required, and provide the credentials for the outgoing mail in the following fields User name e Password.

Well at this point the configuration is complete and you can start using your favorite Smartphone or Tablet, to send and receive email.
